Organised by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Applications, computerised selection, medical tests and fees are managed by the government. Trip to Divine does not sell MEA seats.

No. The MEA yatra is a government-organised process with its own application and selection. Private tours are run by operators, mostly via Nepal, and have separate permit procedures.
